100 & 200 Series Adhesive Tapes

General purpose, solvent free, low VOC acrylic adhesive tapes

Applied Products 100 and 200 series adhesive tapes are general purpose, economical, solvent-free acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive systems. The 100 series (unsupported) and the 200 series (supported) exhibit a good balance of peel, tack and shear properties. Both products are an excellent choice for general purpose gasket fabrication and joining applications in the HVAC, construction, automotive and appliance manufacturing industries. The products demonstrate good UV, chemical and moisture resistance, adhere well to a variety of substrates including rubber, foam, metal and many plastics, and support operating temperature ranges from -30° F to 225° F (175 F for AP200).

Applied Products offers both the 100 and 200 series products in a range of thicknesses to suit a variety of applications. The 100 series tapes are available with adhesive thicknesses ranging from 2 to 5 mils. The 200 series tapes are available in total adhesive thicknesses from 2.8 to 6 mils. Applied Products features a wide selection of release liners for both the 100 and 200 series tapes. Available liner options include, but not limited to, stabilized densified krafts (SDK), poly-coated krafts (PCK), poly-blended tear resistant films (TR), polyester films (PET) and various board stocks (BSTK). Carrier options for the 200 series include, but are not limited to, non-wovens (NW), polyester films (PET), scrims (S) and tissues (T).

9000 Series Adhesive Tapes

High performance, solvent free, low VOC acrylic adhesive tapes

Applied Products 9000 series adhesive tape is a high performance, solvent-free, ultra-low VOC (<500 PPM) acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive with an excellent balance of peel, tack and shear characteristics. The 9000 series tape is the go-to product for gasket fabrication and joining applications in the HVAC, construction, automotive and appliance manufacturing industries. 9000 series acrylic tapes are chemical, moisture, and UV resistant, meet anti-fogging specifications, and adhere well to a variety of substrates including rubber, foam, metal and many plastics, and support operating temperatures ranging from -30° F to 250° F.

Applied Products offers its 9000 series adhesives in a range of configurations to suit a variety of applications. 9000 series tapes are available in supported or unsupported formats with adhesive thicknesses ranging from 1.5 to 5 mils. Applied Products also features a wide selection of release liners and carriers. Liner options for the 9000 series include, but are not limited to, poly-coated Krafts (PCK), poly-blended tear-resistant films (TR), polyester films (PET) and board stocks (BSTK). Carrier options for the 9000 series include, but are not limited to, non-wovens (NW), polyester films (PET), scrims (S) and tissues (T).
