100 & 200 Series Adhesive Tapes
General purpose, solvent free, low VOC acrylic adhesive tapes

Applied Products 100 and 200 series adhesive tapes are general purpose, economical, solvent-free acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive systems. The 100 series (unsupported) and the 200 series (supported) exhibit a good balance of peel, tack and shear properties. Both products are an excellent choice for general purpose gasket fabrication and joining applications in the HVAC, construction, automotive and appliance manufacturing industries. The adhesives demonstrate good UV, chemical and moisture resistance, adhere well to a variety of substrates including rubber, foam, metal and many plastics, and support operating temperature ranges from -30° F to 225° F (175 F for AP200).

Applied Products offers both the 100 and 200 series products in a range of thicknesses to suit a variety of applications. The 100 series tapes are available with adhesive thicknesses ranging from 2 to 5 mils. The 200 series tapes are available in total adhesive thicknesses from 2.8 to 6 mils. Applied Products features a wide selection of release liners for both the 100 and 200 series tapes. Available liner options include, but not limited to, stabilized densified krafts (SDK), poly-coated krafts (PCK), poly-blended tear resistant films (TR), polyester films (PET) and various board stocks (BSTK).
